Clancy completed his carpentry apprenticeship as well as his Red Seal certification in 2010. Clancy has a passion for carpentry and started Carelli Homes to be able to provide quality work and specialized projects.  Carelli Homes was named after his Grandfather Sam Carelli, who ran a concrete company in Colorado many years ago. 

Clancy is a loving father and devoted husband. He spends his free time exploring our beautiful island with his wife and daughter. He is passionate about ponds and has built two large Koi ponds in his backyard.

Taylor holds a Red Seal certification in Carpentry and brings over 16 years of experience, ranging from commercial concrete to residential renovations. His meticulous attention to detail is remarkable, ensuring every project is completed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with building codes. 

Beyond his professional dedication, Taylor is a devoted husband and father of three. He cherishes his time off by embarking on adventures with his family, making the most of every moment spent together.

Garett is a red seal ticketed carpenter with 16 years experience in the construction industry. He has done a variety of different projects including commercial concrete, residential homes, renovations, tile work and hotel maintenance. He grew up working with his father in their home woodshop completing a number of different projects. 

He has two brothers, one being his identical twin Taylor.  Garrett has two sons and a companion he can tackle the world with.

Lillyanna joined Carelli Homes right from the beginning. She helps out on job sites as the official clean up crew. She has been considered the unofficial “Boss” since joining the team.
